Replaces the Spanish Maslin, Russ Hamm, CVA, Traditions, etc. Plate measures 4-9/16" long, 7/8" high. Right hand.
This line of locks from L & R will replace locks found in many popular "commercial" guns on the market today. These locks are not "drop-ins". They do require some inletting to allow for the working parts. Patterns for wood removal will be provided in a booklet of instructions packaged with the lock. Depending on skill level , they can be installed in 15 to 35 minutes using common chisles and gouges. In some cases the lock plate must be trimmed to fit a particular gun. These areas are clearly marked on the inside of the plate to help guide you where to file. Lock bolt holes are located and tapped to accept the same bolts that come with the gun.
