TRADITIONS CROCKETT PISTOL

The Brother to the "Crockett" rifle, this accurate percussion pistol comes with a 10" blued barrel, single trigger, hardwood stock with a walnut finish, and brass hardware.  Copied after a mid-1800's target pistol, it requires a separate ramrod.  There are no rod thimbles on the gun.

The walnut stock, coupled with blued steel hardware and brass trigger guard produces a low key antique look. A pistol-size Hawken lock is equipped with coil springs and matched to a spring loaded single trigger. The 15/16" o.d., 9" long barrel is fitted with a hook breech for easy take-down and fast twist rifling for best accuracy. The Plains Pistol comes with a belt hook for ease of carrying. .50 caliber takes a .490 patched round ball, .54 caliber takes a .530 patched round ball,  a 6.75mm  metric nipple and #11 percussion caps.
